What is TREK10?
TREK10 is Lakewood Park’s premier summer camp experience, offering Signature Camp, Specialty Camps, and Sports Camps under one dynamic program. Designed for children from Preschool through 12th grade.
- Signature Camp is the heart of TREK10, featuring themed weekly programs filled with engaging activities, outdoor exploration, and hands-on learning. Each week offers a unique experience designed to foster friendships and fun. Students can sign up for one week or all ten!
- Specialty Camps are focused programs for Kindergarten through 12th grade students, led by Lakewood Park staff. These camps allow campers to explore specific interests in-depth and can be attended independently or as an enhancement to the Signature Camp. Select add-ons will be available through registration.
- Sport Camps are led by Lakewood Park staff. They help young athletes develop skills, build confidence, and stay active in a fun, supportive environment. These specialized camps can be attended individually or alongside other TREK10 programs, offering a dynamic experience for all skill levels!

TREK10 Summer Camp
Signature Camp
Signature Camp features ten themed weeks throughout the summer, each offering unique activities and adventures. From Sports Mania to Water Week, children experience a full day of engaging activities from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday. Families can register for individual weeks or the entire summer, with each week priced at $150. Flexible early drop-off and late pick-up options are also available through our extended care program.
Registration Deadline: All camp registrations must be completed by May 1, 2025.


SIGNATURE CAMP FAQs
What should my child bring to Signature Camp?
Children should bring a refillable, reusable water bottle. Children will have opportunities throughout the week to earn water bottle stickers to place on their bottles. They are strongly encouraged to wear sunscreen and may bring extra sunscreen for reapplication during the day. Please remember to label all items your child brings to Signature Camp.
What should my camper wear to Signature Camp?
Children should dress in attire that is comfortable and suitable for a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities. Closed-toe shoes are recommended for all campers.
What does a typical day look like?
A day at Signature Camp is packed with engaging activities, teamwork, and fun. Below is a sample schedule:

Do I need to bring any verification when picking up my child?
If a car tag is not displayed during carline pickup, individuals will be directed to the main office for verification before the child can be released.
What do I do if I arrive late for drop-off?
If you arrive after drop-off has started, please park in the front lot and check in your child at the main office. A TREK10 staff member will then escort your child to their group to begin camp activities.
Who do I contact if there is a change in our pickup routine?
If possible, first connect and email hstraley@lakewoodpark.org the Director of TREK10. If you need to pick up your child from TREK10 without prior notice, please check in at the front office and a staff member will notify Trek10 staff and bring your child to the office after verification of pickup.
When can I drop off my child?
Signature Camp activities will start at 9:00 AM, but children can be dropped off as early as 7:30 AM by enrolling in our early care program. For campers not using early care, drop-off can begin as early as 8:30 AM.
When can I pick up my child?
Signature Camp programming ends at 3:30PM, but children are able to remain on campus until 6:00PM by utilizing Extended Care.
What are the lunch and snack options for Trek10?
Campers attending Signature Camp will receive two snacks each day. They should bring a packed lunch that does not require a microwave. As an added treat, all campers will enjoy a pizza lunch every Wednesday, making the week even more fun!
What is the cancelation policy?
All payments are final and non-refundable upon submission.
How do I register for camp?
You can register securely online here. Once registered, you will receive email confirmation.
Registration will open on Friday, February 28, 2025.
Does grade level refer to current grade level or grade entering?
The grade level refers to the grade your child will be in during the 2025-2026 school year.
When does registration open?
Registration for Signature, Specialty, and Sports Camps begins February 28, 2025.
Do you offer financial aid for camps?
TREK10 does not offer financial aid for summer camps.
Does my child have to attend LPCS in order to attend Signature Camp?
Attendance for TREK10 Signature Camp is for Lakewood students who are either currently enrolled for the 24-25 school year or will be enrolled in the 25-26 school year. Students must be 4 years old or older (by June 1, 2025) to attend Signature Camp. Some specialty and sports camps are open to students not attending LPCS.

During Sports Mania Week of TREK10 kids can dive into a week filled with sports and fun! Each day is packed with engaging activities that introduce various sports, from soccer and basketball to frisbee golf to kickball! Our counselors will guide the children through skill-building exercises, friendly competitions, and teamwork challenges, ensuring every child has a blast while staying active. This is the perfect opportunity for kids to make new friends, learn new skills, and create unforgettable summer memories!
Water Wonders Week (June 9-13)
Dive into a week of excitement at our Summer Day Camp, where water games and activities take center stage! Campers will engage in a variety of fun-filled aquatic challenges, from relay races to water balloon tosses, ensuring a refreshing and exhilarating experience. With supervision and a focus on safety, campers will not only enjoy the thrill of water play but also develop teamwork and social skills in a vibrant, outdoor setting. This is the perfect opportunity for kids to make new friends, learn new skills, and create unforgettable summer memories!
Great Outdoors (June 16-20)
Experience a week of adventure in the Great Outdoors during this week of TREK10, where children immerse themselves in the wonders of the outdoors and nature. Each day is filled with engaging activities such as navigating the trails, wildlife observation, and hands-on environmental projects, fostering a deep appreciation for the beautiful campus God blessed us at Lakewood. Campers will develop essential skills, make lasting friendships, and create unforgettable memories while exploring the beauty of their surroundings. Game-0-rama Showdown (June 23-27)
Join us for an exciting week of TREK10 dedicated to games and game shows, where participants will engage in a variety of fun-filled activities designed to foster teamwork, creativity, and friendly competition through different indoor and outdoor games. Each day will feature classic and contemporary games, interactive challenges, and thrilling game show formats that encourage skill development and social interaction. Red White & You! (June 30-July 3)

Snow Much Fun (July 7-11)
Get ready for a unique summer experience with our Winter in July theme week at camp! Kids will jump into a winter wonderland filled with festive activities like crafting holiday ornaments, enjoying snow-themed games, and more! Each day will be packed with fun, creativity, and the joy of the winter season, all while soaking up the summer sun. Join us for a week of laughter, friendship, and unforgettable memories!
Artastic (July 14-18)
Join us for an exciting summer day camp themed around Arts & Crafts, where kids can unleash their creativity and explore a variety of fun activities! Each day will be filled with hands-on projects, from painting to DIY crafts and other inspired art. Campers will have the chance to express themselves, make new friends, and take home their unique creations. It’s the perfect way for children to enjoy a summer filled with imagination and artistic exploration!
TREK10 Olympics (July 21-25)
Join us for an exciting summer day camp themed around Olympic-style games! Kids will dive into a week filled with fun and engaging activities that promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and friendly competition. From relay races to obstacle courses, each day will feature a variety of games designed to challenge and inspire young campers. With a focus on building skills and making new friends, this week looks to be an exciting experience for all campers. Musical Adventures (July 28-August 1)
Join us for an exciting day of TREK10 themed around music and theater! Kids will dive into a week filled with fun activities, including singing, dancing, and other workshops. This is the perfect opportunity for campers to shine and express themselves in a supportive and energetic environment!
So Long Summer (August 4-8)
Join us for an unforgettable summer day camp theme week, where kids can celebrate the end of summer with a variety of fun activities! From arts and crafts to outdoor games, each day is packed with exciting ways to say goodbye to sunny days and hello to a new school year. Campers will create lasting memories while making new friends, all in a vibrant and friendly environment. Specialty Camps
Led by Lakewood Park staff, these focused programs allow children to dive deep into specific interests and activities. Teachers share their expertise in areas they’re passionate about, creating unique learning experiences. These specialized camps can be attended individually and do not require enrollment in the Signature Camp. However, if you’d like for your students to attend both, that’s also an option.
